Easy Raw Milk Yogurt. Our family loves raw milk yogurt!
And it is so easy to make! I was so afraid the first time I made it. At around $10 for a gallon of milk, you don’t want to mess up! All my friends encouraged me to try and told me how easy it was.
Here is my recipe:
2 gallons raw milk
1 cup yogurt starter
Heat milk between 105 - 110 degrees.
Remove from heat.
Stir in yogurt starter.
Pour into jars.
Place in oven (with light on).
Cover with towel.
Take out anywhere between 6 and 24 hours.
***With using this method, make sure you don’t turn the oven on. Don’t ask me how I know, but you could potentially burn your house down. :) ***
